There are 3 uniquely deluxe furnished units, each with private bathrooms, a spacious open living and dining area, some open fireplaces and several terraces providing spectacular views of Lech.

For our guests` entertainment, a fully equipped party room with a top notch multimedia system, bar, private cinema, pinball machine and dart board is at your beck and call. Additionally, the Luxury Residence offers two private spa zones, including a sauna, steam bath, multi-functional Yoga room, resting areas and two ski rooms.
