The main living area, located on the first floor, consists of a open plan living and dining area with sink-in sofas and a grand piano.The dining room can be opened or closed thanks to sliding doors. A floor-to-ceiling wall with fireplace divides the main seating area from a TV lounge and office space. Also on this level is a semi-professional kitchen which can also be closed off for privacy. Doors open onto a south-west facing balcony overlooking the Rochebrune slopes.

With a whole floor dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, leisure time is an important feature of this magnificent chalet.

The lower ground floor is structured around two leisure areas – the wellness area with a fully-fitted spa in mineral stones and an entertainment area with cinema room, bar, wine cellar and a games room with pool table, foosball and TV lounge.
