This stylish, sophisticated 3-bedroom apartment is situated in the most exclusive building in St. Moritz with amazing views over the lake and mountains, and adjacent to the world renowned Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. Exclusive shops, restaurants, clubs and bars are all just a few minutes away, as are the ski slopes of St. Moritz.
The apartment’s décor is modern and luxurious, full of exquisite art pieces and a grand piano. It boasts a large dining area with seating for 10 guests. A separate kitchen enables the guests to be undisturbed while enjoying a nice meal with friends. The adjoining living room is decorated with cozy sofas and two fireplaces.
The property has two king-size – and one queen-size bedroom, each with en-suite marble bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with large flat screen TV & DVD sets, and a central Bose music system.
The master bedroom has the added luxury of a home cinema theatre and a Jacuzzi. The large outdoor terrace overlooking the lake is the perfect place to celebrate a good day of skiing with a glass of champagne while enjoying the unobstructed mountain views. A dining table seating 6 guests and two sunbeds complete the outdoor space. There is private parking with a single garage parking space.
Entering through the main door, you have a small cloakroom.
Going on from there, you find on your left side the small open office with fireplace.
The master bedroom has views over the lake of St. Moritz, offers in-bed entertainment with sound system and beamer, an en-suite bath with whirl pool.
The center piece of the apartment is the open living and dining room with sofa corners, piano, dining table and access to the terrace. It is open towards the office and fireplace. The kitchen is separate.
On the backside of the apartment lie the other two bedrooms, each with a TV and en suite bath.
